This has been the week to be out in the lake. Lots of coho kings and lake trout .. looks like fall is on it’s way .. this is the time to start thinking about river trips …

The lake boat will be in the water till mid October 

First trip on the river this morning . Both the lake and river have kings biting right now… if your looking for your river fix now is the time to call , dates are going fast .. Capt lance 

Salmon fishing still going strong. Big fish this year . Getting some coho too. The lake looks really healthy with lots of bait fish.. the fish are dee so I expect them to be in the lake for a while … we have plenty of openings so give us a call

Salmon season is in full swing..

The past few trips out have been very productive. Kings coho and steelhead. 

The kings are here . Lots of action this morning and some big fish too . 25lber was the biggest 

Kings are starting to show up and they are nice sized too. Lots of bait too

We have wrapped up our season in Saginaw bay for walleye. Both boats will be running in Manistee now for salmon. We are starting to fill up so don’t wait too long. Linwood was good to us this year for walleye. We had over 28 walleye per trip .. can’t wait to go back next year . Also we fished the Budweiser pro/am tournment the past weekend and won it… fishing on Lake Michigan is getting pretty good and the kings are there just have to put your time in ..

Salmon and Walleye, we have been doing good at both .

The kings look great this year and are very healthy. We have been trolling the bank in 120-150 fow using spoons and flashers and Flys. Bait is thick in the harbor and we do mark it on the bank. So I have good expectations for the rest of the summer .

Saginaw bay we have been catching lots of Walleye’s . 15-24 inches are the common and we haven’t had a slow day yet ..

The Saginaw bay boat will be coming back to Manistee July 4th so don’t wait to long to get your walleye fix..
